International Shipping｜海外からのご注文について
Customers outside Japan can purchase products from Kawabuchi Hat Shop using WorldShopping, a proxy purchasing and international shipping service.
How to Order
When you visit our website from outside Japan, the WorldShopping Cart will appear automatically.
- Find the item you would like to purchase on our website.
- Click “Add to Cart” on the WorldShopping banner and add the item to the WorldShopping Cart.
- Follow the instructions displayed by WorldShopping to complete your order.
The WorldShopping Cart is available for items that can be purchased and shipped to your country or region.
*The WorldShopping Cart may not be displayed when accessing this website from Japan.
日本国外から当店へアクセスすると、 自動的に「WorldShoppingカート」が表示されます。
- 当店の商品ページからご希望の商品をお選びください。
- WorldShoppingバナーの「Add to Cart」をクリックし、 WorldShoppingカートへ商品を追加してください。
- WorldShoppingの案内に従って購入手続きを進めてください。
お住まいの国・地域から購入可能な商品について WorldShoppingカートをご利用いただけます。

Fees
WorldShopping charges a proxy purchasing service fee of 10% of the total amount paid to the shop (product price + domestic shipping fee to the WorldShopping warehouse).
After your items arrive at the WorldShopping warehouse, you will receive a second payment request for international shipping, international shipping handling fees, insurance and any other applicable charges.
Depending on your destination country or region, customs duties, VAT, GST or other import taxes may also apply.
WorldShoppingでは、 ショップへの支払い総額 （商品代金＋WorldShopping倉庫までの日本国内送料） の10％が購入代行手数料となります。
商品がWorldShopping倉庫へ到着した後、 国際配送料・国際配送手数料・保険料などについて 2回目のお支払い案内がWorldShoppingから送られます。
お届け先の国・地域によっては、 関税・VAT・GSTなどの税金が別途発生する場合があります。
Payment & Delivery
WorldShopping purchases products from Kawabuchi Hat Shop on your behalf.
The items are first delivered to the WorldShopping warehouse in Japan. After arrival, WorldShopping checks and prepares the package for international shipping.
Once international shipping charges have been determined,
WorldShopping will send you payment instructions.
Your package will be shipped internationally after payment is completed.
WorldShoppingは、お客様に代わって当店の商品を購入し、 日本国内のWorldShopping倉庫で商品を受け取った後、 海外への発送手続きを行う購入代行サービスです。
商品がWorldShopping倉庫へ到着後、 国際配送に必要な送料等が確定し、 WorldShoppingからお客様へお支払い案内が送られます。
海外からのご注文に関する決済および国際配送は、 WorldShoppingを通じて行われます。
Cancellation, Changes & Returns
Because WorldShopping purchases products from our shop on your behalf, cancellations or changes after an order has been completed are generally not accepted.
Returns or exchanges for customer convenience, including incorrect size selection, color selection, or a change of preference, cannot be accepted.
Hat sizing and fit may vary depending on the shape, material and design of each product.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the item ordered, please contact WorldShopping Customer Support.
WorldShoppingは、お客様に代わって当店の商品を購入する 購入代行サービスのため、 注文完了後のキャンセル・変更は原則としてできません。
また、サイズが合わない、カラーを間違えた、 イメージと異なるなど、 お客様都合による返品・交換はできません。
帽子は同じ表記サイズでも、 帽子の形・素材・デザインによって かぶり心地やフィット感が異なる場合があります。
